All payments are processed securely:

• All payment information is processed securely through Stripe, our third-party payment processor. We do not store your credit card information on our servers.

• All transactions are processed in USD. Your bank may apply additional currency conversion fees for non-USD accounts.

We ship internationally from Japan:

• International shipping: We offer worldwide shipping. Delivery times vary by destination, typically 7-21 business days.

• Customs and duties: International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs fees. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in our prices.

• Risk of loss: Risk of loss and title for products purchased pass to you upon delivery to the carrier.

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase:

• Return eligibility: Due to the nature of food products, we can only accept returns for damaged or defective items. Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.

• Return process: To initiate a return, please contact our customer service with your order number and photos of the damaged product.

• Refunds: Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5-10 business days. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

All content on our website, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of FUJI-Ocha or our content suppliers and is protected by international copyright laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works without our express written permission.
